You will be picked up at your hotel in Hoan Kiem District around 08:00 – 08:30 AM and taken to Hoa Lu - Tam Coc. On the way, you can admire the stunning scenery of the countryside.

Around 10:30 AM, upon arrival in Ninh Binh province, you will visit Hoa Lu, the former capital city of Viet Nam. Then, you will visit the Temple of King Dinh, built in the 17th century with a unique I-shaped structure, and King Le Temple.

After that, the group will move to Tam Coc, about 10 km from Hoa Lu.

You will have lunch at a local restaurant. Then, you will take a bamboo boat rowed by local people through the Hoang Long River to explore Tam Coc, also known as “three caves”.

During the 2-hour boat trip, you will go through three huge caves, observe local fisherfolk and village life along the river, and enjoy the breathtaking limestone karst formations that Tam Coc is well-known for.

Those who love countryside scenery can continue with a cycling ride from Tam Coc to Bich Dong Pagoda. The cycling route is about 5 km both ways and takes around 40 minutes. You will be amazed by the beautiful scenery of lush paddy fields.

Around 16:00, get on the shuttle bus to return to Hanoi.

Around 18:30, the bus will drop you off at your hotel or accommodation in Hanoi Old Quarter.
