When you send a request through the website, Zalo, WhatsApp, phone, or email, we may receive information such as your name, phone number, WhatsApp/Zalo, email, pickup location, drop-off location, travel date, pickup time, number of passengers, vehicle type, luggage, flight number, and request details.
How we use information
- To advise a suitable route, vehicle type, and itinerary
- To provide a quote and confirm a car or tour booking
- To coordinate driver, vehicle, pickup time, and pickup/drop-off points
- To support customers before, during, and after the trip
- To process VAT invoice requests when customers provide required information
Information sharing
Trip information may be shared with dispatch staff, drivers, or relevant transport/tour partners when needed to provide the service. We do not sell customer personal information.
Location and map data
If you use the map location feature or share your location, this data is used only to identify pickup/drop-off points and help the driver reach the correct place.
Storage and security
We aim to handle information only as needed to provide the service. Do not send passwords, verification codes, bank card information, or sensitive data through the form unless requested through an official channel.
Children information
If children join the trip, we may need to know the number of children, age range, or special seat/support needs to advise the suitable vehicle and policy. This information is used only for trip arrangement.
Correction or deletion requests
You can contact hotline/Zalo/WhatsApp 0862.586.135 or email haidangtransport135@gmail.com to request correction or deletion of submitted information, within the limits of our systems and operational process.
